The questions we get most

My score seems too high (slow). Is it broken?
Probably not — your monitor and input device add 20–50 ms that we can't remove. On-screen numbers read a little slower than a lab. Compare yourself to your own past runs on the same device rather than to an absolute.
Can I delete my saved results?
Yes. Your scores live only in your browser. Open Your Stats and use the reset option, or clear this site's data in your browser settings — nothing is stored on our servers.
A test won't load or the sound doesn't play.
Refresh once, and for audio tests tap the screen first so the browser allows sound. If it still fails, send us the test name, your device and your browser and we'll dig in.
Can I suggest a new test?
Please do. Pick "Feature or test idea" above and describe what you'd measure — a good chunk of our tests started as visitor suggestions.
