The questions we get most

My score seems too high (slow). Is it broken?
Probably not20–50 ms comes from your monitor and input device, and we can't remove it. On-screen numbers therefore read a little slower than a lab would. Measure yourself against your own past runs on the same device rather than any absolute.
Can I delete my saved results?
Yes. Your scores exist only in your browser. Open Your Stats and use the reset option, or clear this site's data from your browser settings — nothing sits on our servers.
A test won't load or the sound doesn't play.
Refresh once, and on audio tests tap the screen first so the browser permits sound. Still failing? Send us the test name, your device and your browser, and we'll dig in.
Can I suggest a new test?
Please do. Choose "Feature or test idea" above and describe what you'd measure — a good chunk of our tests began as visitor suggestions.
